Job Description

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and growing the Indonesia business, with full accountability for commercial performance, operational excellence, financial results, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to regional leadership, the incumbent will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across all aspects of the business, ensuring sustainable growth, strong customer partnerships, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate governance standards.The successful candidate will be expected to drive business performance while strengthening organizational capabilities, enhancing business processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This individual will play a key role in aligning commercial and operational priorities, developing local teams, and positioning the business for long-term success in a dynamic market environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with significant responsibility for business performance and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in Country Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, President, Business Unit Leader, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing full P&L responsibility within a complex business environment.
  • Experience driving organizational development, business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or change initiatives.
  • Prior experience working within multinational organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within process industries, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial products, industrial services, engineering, energy, materials
