As a result, the company is looking to appoint a Director of Finance to enhance financial leadership, improve transparency into performance, and help guide the organization through its next stage of expansion.This role required a presence in the office at least 3 days/ week (non-negotiable).Job DescriptionPartnering closely with the U.S. CEO and maintaining a functional reporting line to the global finance leadership team, the Director of Finance will act as the senior financial lead across the Americas region. This individual will play a critical role as a trusted advisor to the executive team, taking full responsibility for overseeing the North American finance function and managing a team of approximately 8 professionals. The position will focus on elevating financial performance, enhancing oversight, and enabling well-informed strategic and operational decision making.Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing and evolving the regional finance organization to drive greater efficiency, accountability, and alignmentWorking in close collaboration with the CEO to provide insight, guidance, and constructive challenge on key business decisionsLeading all aspects of financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis across manufacturing, commercial, and service operationsEnhancing the visibility and quality of financial and operational KPIs to support data driven decision makingDriving initiatives focused on cost optimization and margin expansion throughout the organizationEnsuring strong financial governance, controls, and compliance in line with both local and global requirementsServing as the main point of contact with the global finance team, delivering timely and accurate reportingSupporting transformation efforts and fostering a more forward looking, analytics driven finance cultureThe role is exclusive and retained to Page Executive.
