Job Description

  • Guide the go-to-market strategy for the internationalisation of the product.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to support strategic initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed to the internationalisation of the product.
  • Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
