The successful candidate will be responsible for driving leasing performance, managing tenant relationships, overseeing operational and technical matters, and delivering high-quality reporting to investment stakeholders. This position offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to investors and decision-makers, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding real estate platform. Key responsibilitiesAsset Management & OperationsManage the day-to-day performance of logistics and industrial assets.Monitor occupancy levels, operating expenses, service charges, and asset budgets.Identify and implement value-creation initiatives to enhance asset performance.Coordinate technical projects, tenant fit-outs, and refurbishment works.Ensure assets are maintained to the highest operational standards.Leasing & Tenant ManagementDevelop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and market participants.Monitor market trends, competing schemes, and leasing opportunities.Investor & Stakeholder ReportingPrepare regular asset performance reports and portfolio updates.Present operational and financial performance to investors and stakeholders.Support investment decision-making through market insights and asset-level analysis.Business Growth & Strategic ContributionContribute to the development of operational processes and best practices.Leverage market knowledge and relationships to identify new opportunities.Work closely with senior leadership on portfolio strategy and value-creation initiatives.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in logistics or industrial property asset management.
