This individual will provide financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support while helping the construction business optimize profitability, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify growth opportunities. Main duties and responsibilities include:Partnering with operational, commercial, and functional leadership teams to support strategic and financial decision making.Providing analysis and insights on business performance, financial results, and emerging trends.Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes.Delivering monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management commentary.Supporting business leaders with operational and commercial reporting that drives actionable outcomes.Identifying opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.Conducting regular P&L reviews and performance discussions with regional stakeholders.Developing financial models, investment evaluations, and business cases for strategic initiatives.Monitoring key financial and operational KPIs while highlighting risks and opportunities.Translating complex financial data into clear recommendations for non finance audiences.Driving a culture of accountability, data driven decision making, and financial rigor throughout the organizationThis is an exciting role at the core of a highly entrepreneurial, well-established, forward thinking, commercial construction business based in New York.This opportunity is Retained and Exclusive to Michael Page.
