To support this momentum, the company is looking to hire a Finance Director who will elevate financial leadership, increase transparency into business performance, and help drive the next phase of expansion.This role required a presence in the office at least 3 days/ week (non-negotiable).Job DescriptionReporting into the U.S. CEO, with a functional reporting connection to the Group CFO internationally, the Finance Director will operate as the lead finance executive for the Americas region and a key collaborator to the senior leadership team. This individual will assume full responsibility for the North American finance function, overseeing a team of roughly 8 professionals while driving improved financial results, reinforcing governance, and enabling well informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include:Building, mentoring, and refining the regional finance team to enhance structure, ownership, and overall performanceActing as a strategic partner to the CEO, delivering financial insight and thoughtful challenge on operational and commercial mattersLeading all core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed performance review across manufacturing, commercial, and service linesIncreasing transparency around KPIs, margins, and operating metrics to better inform leadership decisionsChampioning cost management and profitability improvement initiatives across the organizationMaintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with both local requirements and global policiesServing as the key liaison with Group Finance, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely reportingContributing to ongoing transformation efforts and helping build a more forward looking, data led finance functionThe role is exclusive and retained to Page Executive.
