Page Executive is representing a US-listed global manufacturing business with a strong and diverse product portfolio. They are seeking a Finance Director to be based in Hong Kong, the regional headquarters. Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, the successful candidate will lead a small finance team and provide strategic oversight of the Shared Services Centre, playing a key role in driving financial governance and operational excellence across the region.

Job Description

The Finance Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, governance, and continuous transformation of the Shared Service Centre supporting multiple business units in APAC. Additionally, the role will be responsible to drive finance transformation initiatives, process redesign, and SSC maturity enhancement programs.

The successful candidate will drive service delivery excellence, process standardisation, automation, internal controls, compliance, treasury operations and talent development while acting as a key business partner to regional and global finance leadership. The role is expected to lead a large organization and continuously improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA is a must
  • 18-25 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
  • Candidate with a Big 4 audit background is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations in a complex MNC environment
  • Strong experience in managing a shared service centre overseas is a must
  • Hands on experience and implementation of ERP Systems
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
