Job Description

  • Lead the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall goals
  • Lead on a major ERP transformation and corporate restructure
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and enhance financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Analyse financial performance and present recommendations to the executive team.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support key investment decisions and ensure efficient allocation of resources.



The Successful Applicant

  • A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven expertise in finance management. Practice background is preferred
  • Experience in a broad leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.
