About Our Client

This General Manager role oversees the end-to-end development, iteration and commercialization of the company's Industrial AI and Robotics platform. The incumbent takes charge of technology strategy, team governance, international standardization and AI/data system layout, balancing short-term project delivery and long-term platform scalability. This position collaborates with global and local teams to unify technical standards, product architectures and operational models, supporting global business iteration and market application.

Job Description

1. Technology & Platform Strategy Development

  • Establish scalable software framework, data system and AI technical architecture to support continuous business iteration
  • Realize productization and commercial iteration of internal technical solutions, completing the upgrade from internal technical projects to market-ready standard products
  • Formulate unified technical standards and implementation specifications for subsequent customer project delivery
  • Design and iterate long-term platform development strategies to match industrial and global business development needs



2. Team Orchestration & Process Governance

  • Manage cross-functional teams including software development, robotics engineering, data analysis and production technical personnel
  • Align cross-team technical roadmaps, unify phased development objectives and resource allocation rules
  • Balance short-term project delivery efficiency with long-term platform scalability, compatibility and expandability
  • Optimize internal development workflows and decision-making mechanisms to improve overall operational efficiency
  • Cultivate inclusive, standardized and collaborative international technical team atmosphere



3. Global Internationalization Layout

  • Dock local technical development logic with global unified product specifications and requirements
  • Complete platform function adaptation and performance optimization for global customer scenarios
  • Formulate unified standards for platform security, operational governance and compliance management
  • Build multi-site deployment architecture and multi-client compatible operating framework
  • Develop replicable and scalable service systems and operational models for global promotion



4. AI & Data System Construction

  • Conduct technical research, assessment and introduction of emerging industrial AI technologies
  • Establish systematic and sustainable data operation and iteration strategies
  • Drive the development and commercialization of data-based industrial products and supporting services
  • Complete the docking and embedding of new AI technologies into existing business and technical systems


The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager - Robotic should have:

1. Professional Competence & Industry Background

  • Solid working experience in the construction and iteration of large-scale complex technology platforms
  • Practical experience in industrial software, smart factory construction, robotics technology or industrial automation fields
  • Systematic cognition of mainstream modern software development architectures and technical frameworks
  • Project experience in data platform construction and industrial AI scenario application
  • Proven track record in promoting the transformation from customized technical projects to scalable standardized products



2. International Working Background & Language

  • Several years of continuous working experience in China market
  • Fluent bilingual capability in both Mandarin and English for global cross-border communication
  • In-depth understanding of Chinese local business rules and international corporate operation cultures
  • Working experience in international technology enterprises or rapidly growing technology organizations



3. Personal Traits & Comprehensive Quality

  • Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic working environments
  • Capable of efficient analysis and rational decision-making under complex scenarios
  • Equipped with proactive entrepreneurial initiative and steady strategic judgment accumulated from long-term industrial practice
  • Able to integrate into local technical teams and gain recognition from Chinese R&D personnel, while maintaining equal and professional communication with global clients, investment institutions and senior management teams
