Requirements

Strategic Technology Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global technology vision aligned with the company's growth strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology trends, investments, innovation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Lead enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives that support the organization's future growth ambitions.



AI, Data & Digital Innovation

  • Establish and drive the company's enterprise AI and automation strategy.
  • Identify and implement practical use cases for generative AI, machine learning, analytics, and intelligent automation across business functions.
  • Leverage technology and data to improve decision-making, productivity, service delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Create governance frameworks to ensure responsible, compliant, and secure use of AI technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact and commercial value.



Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the modernization and optimization of enterprise platforms and business applications, including ERP, CRM, HR, financial, compliance, and operational systems.
  • Drive cloud-first strategies and the migration of legacy platforms to scalable, integrated technology environments.
  • Simplify and streamline business processes through automation, system integration, and improved data management.
  • Ensure enterprise systems support global operational consistency and provide accurate, reliable business insights.



Technology Operations & Cybersecurity

  • Oversee global technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, service management, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure technology platforms remain secure, resilient, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Establish best-practice governance, architecture, security, compliance, and risk-management standards.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery performance through appropriate controls, metrics, and operational frameworks.



Financial & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage the global technology budget, ensuring investments generate measurable business value.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and third-party technology partnerships.
  • Optimize technology spending while balancing innovation, operational requirements, and future growth initiatives.



Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global technology organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building across technology teams.
  • Promote technology adoption and change management throughout the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Proven technology executive (CIO, CTO, CDO or equivalent) with experience leading global IT functions and large-scale digital transformation.
  • Strong track record in AI, automation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience driving technology-enabled business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational change.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, technology investments, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership managing global teams within complex, multinational environments.



Preferred Experience

  • Background in regulated, compliance-driven, professional services, industrial, engineering, or technical services sectors.
  • Experience supporting multinational operations across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms, B2B solutions, and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
