Job Description

* Define and execute the group's IT strategy in alignment with business priorities.

* Establish global IT governance, enterprise architecture, technology standards and investment priorities.

* Develop an effective operating model across corporate, regional and local IT functions.

* Advance manufacturing digitalisation through the integration of enterprise applications, operational systems and data.

* Oversee major technology programmes, ensuring clear accountability, effective execution and measurable business outcomes.

* Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, technology risk management and business continuity.

* Manage IT budgets, geographically dispersed teams and external technology partners.

* Advise senior executives on technology investments, transformation priorities and operational implications.

The Successful Applicant

* Previous experience as Group CIO of an enterprise with annual revenue of at least RMB 100 billion, or an enterprise ranked among the Fortune Global 200.

* Demonstrated for group-wide IT strategy, governance, budgets and organisational management.

* Substantial international experience, including accountability for IT operations and teams across multiple countries.

* A proven record of delivering digital transformation in manufacturing environments.

* Strong expertise of enterprise systems, manufacturing applications, data architecture and IT/OT integration.

* Commercial judgement and the ability to influence executive and board level.

* Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct executive discussions and presentations in both languages.

* Willingness to be based in China and undertake regular international travel.
