Job Description

  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources to support the litigation team in delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve practice efficiency and client service.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on legal developments, trends, and best practices in litigation.
  • Draft and update templates, checklists, and other practice resources to support the team's work.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions on knowledge management tools and resources.
  • Work closely with the IT and innovation teams to implement technology solutions tailored to the litigation practice.
  • Support the firm's business development efforts by creating and updating pitch materials and client-facing resources.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across practice groups and offices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • JD-qualified with 5-7 years' litigation experience
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Technology-minded, with an interest in AI and knowledge systems
  • Experience collaborating with partners in a large law firm
