Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead country-wide delivery of a strategic Core Banking transformation programme.
  • Establish strong governance, programme controls, and executive reporting.
  • Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across senior country, regional, and global leadership teams.
  • Oversee solution implementation, data migration, UAT, business readiness, training, and cutover activities.
  • Ensure regulatory, operational, and business requirements are successfully met.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale banking or core banking transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-border stakeholder environments.
  • Strong programme governance, risk management, and vendor management expertise.
  • Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering mission-critical change initiatives.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
