Job Description

The Managing Director will report directly to the CEO of Airborne International and will have full responsibility for leading Airborne UK through its next phase of growth and transformation.Key ObjectivesLead Airborne UK through its next phase of growth and operational maturity.

Successfully execute the production ramp-up for existing customer programmes, ensuring reliable delivery, quality and scalability.

Establish and improve connections with the relevant UK authorities and business networks.

Build a high-performing organisation that is fit for its next stage of growth by strengthening leadership, developing talent and establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Improve operational excellence, delivery performance and overall profitability.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is an experienced Managing Director or General Manager with a proven track record of leading manufacturing businesses through periods of growth and transformation. This individual combines strong commercial insight with operational excellence and enjoys building high-performing teams in a hands-on environment.
