The business offers a collaborative and people-focused environment where employees have the opportunity to contribute to complex projects, work across multiple functions and build long-term careers within a globally connected organization.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead the U.S. Direct Tax function within a complex international industrials business environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing direct tax compliance, tax accounting, audit management and business partnering activities across multiple U.S. entities. The successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership, external advisors and internal business stakeholders to ensure compliance while supporting broader strategic initiatives.
