Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics within a complex, export-oriented manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring supply continuity, optimizing costs, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence through close cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, planning, and logistics.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operations in a continuous production environment through effective supply-demand alignment.
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, managing complex international supplier networks.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining supply security and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership (manufacturing, sales, R&D) to align supply chain with business strategy.
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate supply chain teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Director should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with strong exposure to procurement is a must.
  • Background in chemical, petrochemical, fiber, polymer, process manufacturing or other continuous production industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in cost optimization and supply continuity in global markets.
  • Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a collaborative executive leadership team, building strong partnerships across functions and driving collective success.
  • Fluency in English.
