Job Description

  1. Develop & execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth across asset management, fund management, and alternative investment platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial and fundraising objectives.
  2. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of speaker programmes & events, including event strategy, logistics, speaker coordination, materials development, run‑of‑show execution, post‑event reporting & follow‑up.
  3. Implement & maintain brand strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across digital, print, events, and investor communications, with strong discipline around version control and approvals.
  4. Own website & digital channel management, including content updates, governance processes, performance tracking, and optimization to support investor engagement and lead generation.
  5. Partner closely with investment, product, and distribution teams to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compliant, and compelling marketing materials for institutional and professional investors.
  6. Oversee production of marketing materials such as pitch books, fund factsheets, thought leadership, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high production standards.
  7. Manage marketing timelines, budgets, and external vendors, including agencies, designers, and event partners, to deliver high‑quality outputs efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  8. Ensure marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards typical of asset management and other regulated financial services environments.
  9. Track and report on marketing performance, leveraging data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, event success, website performance, and overall contribution to business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of progressive marketing experience within the asset management, funds management, or alternative investment platforms industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Solid marketing experience at Manager / Senior Manager / VP level, with a strong execution focus and comfort operating in a lean, dynamic environment.
  • Proven delivery of speaker programmes and events, including end-to-end logistics, materials, run-of-show and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience implementing a brand strategy across multiple touchpoints with strong attention to detail and version control.
  • Hands-on and proactive ownership of website management (content updates, governance and performance tracking) and core digital channels.
