The organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer Business Unit CFO for the leading business unit of the Group who will act as a key member of the Leadership Team. The person will provide strategic financial input to decision making, safeguarding financial performance, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and embedding a strong risk management culture.

- Head of Fund accounting Team - Familiar with Private Equities, Private Credits fund reporting and LP communications
- Full Finance function, including Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Procurement across the group's holding company, employment companies, service companies, and core operating entities- Oversee all fund finance matters, including NAV oversight, capital activity, management and incentive fee flows, expense allocations, investor reporting support, and administrator oversight
This role leads technical accounting policy and serves as the key U.S. GAAP subject matter expert within a global organization, advising on complex transactions and high‑judgment issues including acquisitions, divestitures, and evolving business models.
The Director of Finance will serve as a partner to the CFO. They will oversee financial planning, licensing, and cash flow management, supporting a fast-paced wholesale-driven business with licensed brands.
