The Divisional Controller - Americas will be a key member of the executive leadership team in the Americas reporting directly to the Americas President and dotted line to the Divisional CFO. The Director of Finance/Divisional Controller will lead the business unit for the Americas driving day to day accounting, controllership and financial reporting.
The Vice President Global Finance - Operations and Supply Chain will be a key member of the executive leadership team in the global operations team. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer directly, and work as a strategic business partner to the Chief Operating Officer.
This is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. It is an opportunity to help shape the future of a unique organisation, influence key strategic decisions and play a central role in its continued evolution and success.
The President will be responsible for the overall P&L and leadership, strategic direction, financial performance and operational success of the organization. The President will be tasked with growing top line revenue and profitability driving the strategic direction of the business while also being active in the daily operations.
The COO's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company can consistently convert innovation into scalable commercial outcomes, and to build a growth oriented operating model.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the Chairman and CEO and lead day to day operations in charge of the P&L for all operating divisions, build the operating infrastructure and systems, and ensure the talent and management team has the bench talent for succession planning and growth.
