The company is creating a new regional Head of Engineering for Iberia to unify previously separate country-level engineering leadership under a single structure, improving coordination, efficiency, and operational consistency across the region. The role will lead end‑to‑end engineering capabilities (Development, QA, and DevOps), drive a regional operating model aligned with global strategy.
Lead the end‑to‑end launch of a marketplace from scratch, owning strategy, product, partnerships, and growth while building a scalable, high‑impact digital platform. This is a high‑ownership, on‑site role (no remote work) offering real decision‑making power and the opportunity to create a business from zero to scale.
This regional role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive capability development, embed modern consumer engagement practices, and support the roll-out of scalable growth frameworks across diverse geographies. The position offers the opportunity to influence regional strategy, work across multiple markets, and contribute to a high-profile transformation programme at a global organisation.
