The company is creating a new regional Head of Engineering for Iberia to unify previously separate country-level engineering leadership under a single structure, improving coordination, efficiency, and operational consistency across the region. The role will lead end‑to‑end engineering capabilities (Development, QA, and DevOps), drive a regional operating model aligned with global strategy.
Lead the end‑to‑end launch of a marketplace from scratch, owning strategy, product, partnerships, and growth while building a scalable, high‑impact digital platform. The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance of the company's manufacturing operations across its multiple facilities, including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality functions. This position translates company strategy into measurable operational objectives and holds department leaders accountable for achieving safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and financial performance targets.
The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
Within a context of strong discontinuity, the company is seeking a Temporary Restructuring & Operations Director with direct responsibility for executing the turnaround plan.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven operational leader to take ownership of a large-scale field service operation and deliver meaningful improvements in performance, productivity and customer outcomes. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead change and build a culture focused on accountability, efficiency and results while building the capability and infrastructure required for future growth.
