We are partnering with a leading food manufacturer in Greater London seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Director to lead operational performance across a large, fast‑paced production facility. This is an opportunity to take full responsibility for the site's strategic direction, people leadership, performance delivery, and culture.
You will be responsible for overseeing two manufacturing operations, including one established facility and one new facility currently under construction that will require full operational ramp‑up. In addition to manufacturing, this role will provide leadership over facilities and logistics/fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution from production through shipment to customers.
The Business Unit Manager Industrial/HVAC - North America will report directly to the Segment General Manager based in the European HQ and dotted line report to the North America President. The Business Unit Manager will serve as a "General Manager" over the segment in North America working in a cross functional global team owning the strategy and execution for the North America market.
