The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven operational leader to take ownership of a large-scale field service operation and deliver meaningful improvements in performance, productivity and customer outcomes. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead change and build a culture focused on accountability, efficiency and results while building the capability and infrastructure required for future growth.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Country Manager Italy will lead Company's growth and transformation agenda in the Italian market. As a member of both the Executive Management Team and the Country Management Team, the role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability, operational excellence and people leadership.
