The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
This is a highly operational leadership role, with primary responsibility for factory performance, production control, operational efficiency, people leadership, and ensuring the organisation has the capability and capacity to meet growing business demand.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven operational leader to take ownership of a large-scale field service operation and deliver meaningful improvements in performance, productivity and customer outcomes. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead change and build a culture focused on accountability, efficiency and results while building the capability and infrastructure required for future growth.
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance of the company's manufacturing operations across its multiple facilities, including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality functions. This position translates company strategy into measurable operational objectives and holds department leaders accountable for achieving safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and financial performance targets.
