The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance of the company's manufacturing operations across its multiple facilities, including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality functions.
