My client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations for an organisation within the renewable energy and power generation sector. This role, based in Johannesburg, requires a results-oriented professional with a proven ability to manage financial performance and drive sustainable growth within the business.
- Head of Fund accounting Team - Familiar with Private Equities, Private Credits fund reporting and LP communications
- Full Finance function, including Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Procurement across the group's holding company, employment companies, service companies, and core operating entities- Oversee all fund finance matters, including NAV oversight, capital activity, management and incentive fee flows, expense allocations, investor reporting support, and administrator oversight
This role leads technical accounting policy and serves as the key U.S. GAAP subject matter expert within a global organization, advising on complex transactions and high‑judgment issues including acquisitions, divestitures, and evolving business models.
The Director of Finance will serve as a partner to the CFO. They will oversee financial planning, licensing, and cash flow management, supporting a fast-paced wholesale-driven business with licensed brands.
