Within a context of strong discontinuity, the company is seeking a Temporary Restructuring & Operations Director with direct responsibility for executing the turnaround plan.
Full P&L responsibility for the Spanish subsidiary, with a strong focus on commercial growth, market development and overall business performance.
This role is responsible for leading and transforming a country operation, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic positioning. The Managing Director will oversee full P&L accountability while strengthening commercial capabilities and organisational effectiveness.
The Managing Director will lead the Italian operations of an international industrial business, with full responsibility for strategy, commercial development, operational performance, and P&L delivery. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving growth, developing people, strengthening key customer relationships, and acting as the primary interface between the local organization and the Group's international leadership.
