Based on the West Coast of the USA, Melody Mercado is a Page Executive Partner with a passion for people who make meaningful change.

Having honed her recruitment skills since 2015, Melody is on her way to becoming one of the key players in the Consumer Goods space on the American West Coast. She has built up an accomplished set of skills over the years, succeeding in Procurement and Supply Chain before building an Engineering and Manufacturing team from the ground up.

Melody made the jump to Page Executive in July 2022, where she leverages her extensive background in executive search, working with companies big and small across the Consumer Goods sector. She thrives on building lasting relationships with hungry businesses and top-level candidates up and down the West Coast, and has built a network that reflects her passion.

With a bachelor’s in communications, it’s no surprise that she is an attentive listener while being clear and concise in her presentation. She has a peerless attention to detail, while working with a level of speed and quality that puts her clients at ease. But it’s not just the people skills that make Melody such a valued asset. An active member of the Page Executive team, Melody is always looking for the latest trends and draws on the expertise of her colleagues to refine her approach.

Melody is also passionate about DE&I and serves on multiple committees within the business including, driving efforts for our Los Angeles office along with regionally across Page Executive. Back at home, Melody’s young daughter keeps her busy, but she finds time for a regular workout routine and adventures far and wide. As a true hallmark of ambition, she’s always got a home improvement project on the go, determined to become a DIY expert.
