Jake has spent over 30 years as a global head-hunter, initially based in the UK, but more recently in the Middle East and now in the USA. He specializes in retained executive search and brings extensive experience of leading Board, Operations, Commercial and General Management searches on an international basis.

In particular Jake has extensive experience across a wide range of industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering, Aerospace & Defence and Manufacturing, having recruited Boards and Executives for Government entities, local family groups and global multinationals.

Before becoming a head-hunter Jake had an earlier career in the British Army, serving in multiple theatres with the Parachute Regiment and Green Howards, leaving the Army in the rank of Captain.
