Ezgi Guneser

I’m passionate about the diversity of my work and believe you can only improve by testing yourself. The cross-sector insights I’ve gained are at the heart of my approach and are the key to my most successful placements.

After studying a Social Research Methods postgraduate diploma in 2011, a career in executive search was the obvious choice for Ezgi Guneser. She kicked off her recruitment career in finance, banking, and insurance before broadening her expertise to retail, buying and design. 

Arriving at Page Executive as an Associate Partner in July 2020, Ezgi rose to the level of Partner in January 2022.  With a BA in Industrial Engineering, she specialises in the sector, bringing a rare arsenal of technical skills and in-house understanding to every search. A highly valued member of the team, she sees communication with colleagues as a two-way street, offering guidance and taking on insights that help her thrive across a range of industries. 

Ezgi loves a challenge and sees anything out of the ordinary as an opportunity for improvement. She is always keen to draw on her cross-sector experience and expansive network to deliver profiles that go above and beyond the norm.

Focusing on the Turkish market, Ezgi has put her skills to work for startups, established corporations and all those in between. From financial services and banking to textiles and healthcare, she has been the driving force behind an extensive list of senior-level and C-suite recruitments in an impressive range of industries.

Outside the office, Ezgi loves to stay active. She makes the most of her downtime by hitting the gym and practising pilates — a perfect metaphor for her flexible, yet balanced approach to work.
