Olivier Dufour is a Managing Partner at Page Executive, specialising in Executive Search for industrial organisations, with a particular focus on Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences. He brings together a strong academic background in management and a dual professional foundation in both Healthcare and Industry. Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Management from Skema Business School, a qualification that supports his structured, analytical and business-oriented approach to executive assessment and leadership advisory.

He began his career with five years of experience in the healthcare sector before joining Michael Page, where he initially focused on industrial recruitment. In this role, he supported manufacturing, engineered products and industrial services companies in identifying technical and managerial leaders. This early exposure to industrial environments and highly regulated healthcare markets strengthened his ability to assess leaders operating at the intersection of operations, technology, quality and compliance.

Olivier went on to spend more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within PageGroup, including serving as Managing Director. He is also a member of the PageGroup Belgium Board. These responsibilities have given him first-hand insight into executive decision making and governance, board dynamics, organisational growth and transformation, as well as the leadership challenges inherent in complex, international organisations. Today, he operates as a peer-level advisor to executives, boards and investors.

Olivier advises on executive search mandates at the highest levels of leadership. His work spans CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO and Executive Committee appointments, as well as General Management and Operations leadership roles. He also supports Board and Non Executive Director appointments and assists organisations seeking leadership
