Mark Enticott

Mark began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Audit and Transaction Services, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Australia before moving into executive search. He brings more than 24 years of executive search experience across the Asia Pacific region, having worked across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

Mark specialises in CFO, finance executive and private equity appointments on a national basis. He works with listed companies, private businesses, multinational organisations, private equity firms and their portfolio companies to identify and attract leaders who can support growth, transformation, performance improvement and long-term value creation.

With extensive experience across Board, C-Suite and senior functional leadership roles, Mark brings a strong understanding of technical capability, leadership style and cultural fit. His background in accounting and advisory, combined with more than two decades in executive search, enables him to provide informed advice on market conditions, candidate assessment, succession planning and executive talent strategy.

Mark is known for his relationship-led approach, commercial judgement and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for both clients and candidates. He brings a practical, consultative style to each assignment and has built trusted relationships across Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys food, travel and wellness. He is also passionate about cycling, scuba diving, swimming, skiing and running. He has completed all six Abbott World Marathon Majors, including Tokyo, Chicago, Berlin, New York, London and Boston, earning the Abbott Six Star Medal.
