Susannah Humphreys

Susannah is the national practice lead for Consulting, Strategy and Change. Her primary role is partnering with boards to appoint C-suite candidates across multiple sectors and industries, including high growth and tech-enabled businesses, consulting firms, private equity, ASX-listed firms, retailers, healthcare, NFPs, and other scale-ups.

Susannah consistently delivers and meets her clients’ strategic objectives, both locally and internationally, often consulting and partnering to recruit new leadership teams and their direct reports, or for specific mandates during a period of change. Innovative in her style and approach to find the best solution for her clients, she utilises her global connections when it comes to executive level transformation.

Susannah has 10 years’ experience in recruiting senior appointments and partnering with clients to build teams. She has been active in facilitating thought leadership events for executives in her network that work in consulting firms and organisations across Australia.

She is chair of the Women@Page Committee and committed to diversity and inclusion at the recruitment search level. She holds a BA History (Hons) from the University of Leeds and is a keen marathon runner and fundraiser for NGOs.
