• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology and strategic partnership agreements.
• Advise on export control, data privacy, competition law and cross-border employment matters.
• Manage legal risks associated with global business expansion.
• Handle overseas disputes, arbitration and litigation matters.
• Support corporate governance and overseas subsidiary management.
• Build and optimise bilingual contract templates and approval processes.
• Deliver compliance training and legal support to business teams.

主要职责：

• 支持欧美及亚太地区业务发展；
• 起草、审核及谈判中英文商业合同；
• 就出口管制、数据合规、反垄断等问题提供法律支持；
