Job Description

  • Partner with senior business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and align HR strategies with business priorities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and offer management
  • Drive core people processes such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progression
  • Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth change management and employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance with HR policies and processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of HR processes, tools, and practices
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards
  • Monitor HR metrics and key people indicators to support data-driven decision-making
  • Foster a strong feedback culture, proactively identifying organizational and people-related needs



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
  • Solid experience in HR roles (minimum approx. 8 years), including HR Business Partnering or generalist responsibilities in an international environment
  • Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Good understanding of Spanish labor law and employment regulations
  • Proven ability to support organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
