Job Description

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a rapidly growing international Forex and CFD brokerage, driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and long-term shareholder value.
  • Own the overall P&L and business performance, delivering revenue growth, profitability, client acquisition, and regional expansion across key global markets.
  • Spearhead business development initiatives across Forex, CFDs, institutional brokerage, IB networks, affiliate partnerships, and white-label solutions.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Partner with the Board to define strategic priorities, identify growth opportunities, and execute transformational initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence across the organization, ensuring a seamless client experience and scalable infrastructure for future growth.
  • Champion innovation by enhancing trading platforms, technology capabilities, digital products, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the face of the organization, building strong relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders globally.
  • Position the business for its next stage of growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven and visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling high-growth brokerage, fintech, or financial services businesses across multiple markets.

  • Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, COO, Managing Director, or General Manager within Forex, CFD, Securities, Futures, FinTech, or Multi-Asset Trading businesses.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and business transformation.
  • Deep understanding of brokerage operations, liquidity management, trading platforms, payment infrastructure, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing international teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experienced in developing IB, Affiliate, White Label, and Institutional (B2B) business channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Boards, regulators, investors, partners, and clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and execute at pace.



Ideal candidates will have successfully built, scaled, or transformed a Forex or CFD brokerage business and possess a strong network within the global trading, fintech, and financial services ecosystem.
