Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support key decisions related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience within the property industry and within residential assets, it is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive financial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and executive teams effectively.
