To support its next phase of growth, the company is looking to appoint a Sr commercial leader with a true hunter mindset, capable of unlocking new UHNW client channels across Europe and beyond.
This is a front-line revenue role, combining strategic influence with direct client origination at the highest level.

Job Description

UHNW Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth (Core Focus)

  • Drive direct business development and revenue generation, with a strong focus on new client acquisition among UHNW and "traditional money" networks.
  • Personally originate and convert opportunities through trusted relationships with family offices, private banks, wealth managers, luxury intermediaries, and influential gatekeepers.
  • Build a robust personal pipeline, acting as a true ambassador and rainmaker for the brand.
  • Identify and unlock non-traditional channels to access discreet, high-value clientele.

Strategic Partnerships & Network Expansion

  • Develop deep, long-term partnerships within the European UHNW ecosystem.
  • Leverage existing networks to accelerate access to established wealth circles and legacy client bases.
  • Position the organisation within highly selective ecosystems through credibility, discretion, and peer-level engagement.



European Market Leadership

  • Define and execute a targeted European growth strategy, prioritising high-value markets and client segments.
  • Optimise commercial performance in mature markets through client insight, pricing sophistication, and tailored approaches.
  • Ensure a consistent, ultra-premium client experience aligned with the brand's positioning.

Global Alignment & Influence

  • Collaborate with global leadership to align on key accounts, targets, and commercial priorities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of best practices in UHNW client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and international commercial teams, with a strong external market perspective.

Leadership & Representation

  • Lead and inspire a small team of Sr sales profiles, while remaining personally hands-on in revenue generation.
  • Represent the organisation in highly exclusive environments, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and credibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market trends, opportunities, and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in high-end business development / sales, with a clear track record as a hunter and deal originator.
  • Proven ability to access and convert UHNW and "traditional money" clientele, ideally across Europe and international markets.
  • Strong, active network within family offices, private banking, luxury ecosystem, or similar ultra-premium industries.
  • Experience in environments where trust, discretion, and relationship depth are critical to success.
  • Combination of regional exposure and HQ / strategic visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors at the highest level, not only manage existing relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and commercial drive.
  • Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
  • Fluent English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • High flexibility for international travel and client-facing engagements.
