This role offers the opportunity to play a central role in scaling a business through operational discipline, improved financial rigor, and future acquisitions.The CFO will have broad responsibility across finance, accounting, and business operations, with a strong emphasis on building a salable, KPI driven operating environment. The successful candidate will combine strong financial leadership with hands on operating judgment, deep manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple sites and functional teams. Main duties and responsibilities include:Leading accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and financial reporting across the platformPartnering closely with the CEO and operating leaders to improve margins, inventory performance, procurement discipline, and return on invested capitalUsing data and analytics to identify opportunities for margin expansion, process efficiency, and working capital improvementSupporting plant level accountability and performance improvement across multiple locationsBuilding a scalable finance and operating infrastructure to support growthSupporting acquisition diligence, integration planning, and post close execution for add on acquisitionsStandardizing reporting, controls, KPI frameworks, and management processes across acquired businessesPartnering with leadership on capital allocation, strategic planning, and long-term value creationThis opportunity is exclusively retained to Page Executive Boston.
