Our client, a global food manufacturing company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting operational excellence, and helping scale the organization through its next phase of growth.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to support growth initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and operational improvements.
  • Present financial results, business performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.



Financial Management

  • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, insurers, and other financial partners.



Operational Finance

  • Partner closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives related to cost management, inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and margin enhancement.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting tools that provide visibility into business performance across manufacturing operations.



Systems & Process Transformation

  • Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of NetSuite ERP.
  • Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Build scalable finance infrastructure to support future growth.



Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capabilities necessary to support a rapidly growing global business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation.
  • Previous experience as a CFO, Divisional CFO, or other senior finance executive role.
  • Significant experience within food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations.
  • Experience leading or playing a key role in a NetSuite implementation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
