The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead the operations of a fast-growing international brokerage and fintech business, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth across multiple markets. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will oversee brokerage operations, payments, customer service, KYC/AML, and governance functions while supporting regional expansion and building high-performing teams across Asia.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the company's end-to-end operations across Brokerage Operations, Customer Service, Payments, KYC/AML, Finance, and Administration.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to execute strategic growth initiatives and regional expansion plans.
  • Enhance client experience, service quality, and operational efficiency across all business functions.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners, payment providers, and key external stakeholders.
  • Support business growth across Asia by ensuring operational readiness, scalability, and execution excellence.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced operations leader from the Forex, CFD, Multi-Asset Brokerage, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech sector, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving business growth within a regulated environment.

  • more than 12 years of management experience within financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in brokerage operations, including KYC/AML, payments, client onboarding, customer service, and MT4/MT5 environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large, cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
  • Commercially minded with experience scaling operations to support rapid regional growth.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
  • Strategic, hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term business objectives.
  • Experience within international Forex brokers, CFD brokers, multi-asset trading platforms, fintechs, or regulated financial institutions will be highly advantageous.



Ideal candidates will have successfully built, optimized, or scaled operations within a fast-growing brokerage or fintech business and have exposure to Southeast Asia and other international markets.
