Job Description

(i) Management of the Global Administration function - responsible for offices, facilities, and services - across the organisation (currently 8 offices);

(ii) The efficient and professional operation of the London headquarters, overseeing a facilities manager to ensure high standards and disciplined execution (and replicating that work globally);

(iii) Working with HR and Corporate Operations on London team engagement and management, individually and collectively.The role requires someone with excellent corporate intelligence, who is a systems-thinker and process-builder as well as problem-solver.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic consulting role.
  • Executive Exposure: Extensive experience working directly with C-suite executives, boards of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Change Management: Experience driving organisational change, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
