As part of its expansion strategy, the company is investing in the Spanish market and is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish a long-term commercial presence

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the pharmacy channel in Spain.
  • Build the business in collaboration with strategic distribution and outsourced sales partners.
  • Manage and grow an established national key account within the premium pharmacy channel.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out and commercial performance KPIs, translating data into business growth opportunities.
  • Act as the lead commercial representative for Spain, with full P&L responsibility.
  • Recruit and lead a local commercial team as the business expands



The Successful Applicant

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong commercial experience in the Spanish pharmacy market, ideally within dermo-cosmetics, therapeutic skincare, or OTC categories.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy development and key account management.
  • Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
  • Experience working with distributors or outsourced sales teams.
  • Fluent Spanish and good command of English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.



Nice to Have

  • Experience within dermo-cosmetics, pharmacy-exclusive skincare, or premium beauty brands.
  • Existing relationships with pharmacy buying groups, distributors, or independent pharmacy networks in Spain.
  • Background as a regional manager, or senior commercial leader ready for a broader market ownership role
