Job Description

This role is focused on supporting the upcoming AOS surge (Adjustment of status) and will be primarily responsible for reviewing a high-volume of cases.

  • Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
  • Broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LL.M. from US law school
  • Admission to US State Bar
  • Immediate availability
  • Experience reviewing cases, particularly AOS (adjustment of status cases)
  • Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful
