Job Description



  • Role will focus on high volume, writing intensive cases (EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1) ability to turn highly technical subject matter into understandable legal arguments and overcome government challenges to cases, client-facing, complex legal strategies, cross-team collaboration, deep team engagement and motivation.

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar
  • Experience with non-immigrant visa categories, including high volume, writing intensive cases (EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1)
  • Experience responding to RFEs
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
  • Excellent case management skills
