Job Description

  • Lead the IT integration of recent and future acquisitions, ensuring the successful alignment of systems, processes, data, governance, and technology standards across a growing international organization.
  • Define and execute the global IT strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring technology effectively supports business growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, implementation, and international rollout of the future Group ERP platform, playing a key role in shaping the organization's long-term technology landscape.
  • Lead the standardization and harmonization of business processes, enterprise applications, and data models across multiple countries, manufacturing sites, and business units.
  • Oversee the enterprise technology ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Reporting, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ensure business continuity throughout integration and transformation programs, overseeing data migration, system integration, cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international IT team while managing strategic technology partners, system integrators, vendors, and IT investments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying and delivering opportunities in digital transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth and value creation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
  • Mandatory experience like an IT Director in international B2B manufacturing environments with multiple production plants and multi-site operations.
  • Extensive experience leading IT functions, digital transformation programmes, and technology integration projects within international multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP programmes (selection, implementation, migration, or integration), ideally with Oracle ERP experience.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with the ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.
