After studying Environmental Engineering, she started in Headhunting by chance. The Recruiter who was helping her to find a challenge in the ESG, introduced her to a contact who was launching a new recruitment firm and she decided to join the company. This is a good example of her ability to adapt to any situation.

Having worked in the recruitment sector for the las 10 years, Leticia has an in-depth understanding of the most important companies in the market, at a national and international level. She has had the opportunity to lead recruitment processes for projects in different fields of expertise: data, cloud, ecommerce, innovation, sales, IoT, blockchain, customer experience and digital transformation.

She stands out due to her great capacity to understand her clients' businesses, maybe due to her engineering degree. She is able to connect the needs of the business with the better track record in their candidates.
