Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the legal practice support team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of legal processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to identify and address practice support needs.
  • Evaluate and implement legal technology solutions to support case management and document review.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on legal project management best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive practice support services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all practice support functions.
