Founded in 1920 by suffragists, who understood the importance of providing women with good quality affordable homes of their own, as part of their wider fight for women's equality.Today, we continue to challenge gender inequality and provide much-needed homes for single women including our new high rise building in Ealing.We own around 1,000 properties in West London, including some leasehold and shared ownership flats. Most are studio or one-bedroom flats in large, converted Victorian or Edwardian buildings, many of which are listed or in Conservation Areas.We are seeking a Director of Resources to lead a broad portfolio including finance, governance, risk, people, IT and business support services.
