Director of Rooms - Luxury 5-Star Hotel Lake Geneva Region

Reporting to the Hotel Manager and as a member of the Executive Team, the Rooms Division Manager will oversee the hotel's Rooms division operations, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, guest experience and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Concierge (60 people +)
• Ensure an exceptional and highly personalised guest experience, in line with the standards expected within international luxury hospitality.
• Maintain a strong and visible presence within the hotel, supporting both guests and teams on a daily basis.
• Oversee the department's operational and financial performance, including budgets, costs, productivity and key performance indicators.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing to contribute to the optimisation of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall Rooms revenue.
• Lead, inspire and develop the Rooms Division teams and their managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and genuine hospitality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, quality standards and audits, implementing continuous improvement initiatives where required.
• Handle complex guest situations and ensure that any concerns are resolved with professionalism, discretion and efficiency.
• Work closely with the other members of the Executive Team and actively contribute to the hotel's overall strategy and operational priorities.
