The position balances strategic oversight with hands on execution, playing a pivotal role in uplifting financial reporting, improving decision support, and embedding robust financial frameworks across the organisation.Stakeholder management is central to success. The role works closely with the CFO, COO, Divisional General Managers and Regional leaders to translate financial insight into practical commercial outcomes. The ability to influence, challenge constructively, and partner effectively with the business is essential.Lead finance operations and business partnering across multiple divisionsUplift management reporting, insight, and reporting accuracyStrengthen financial frameworks, governance, and consistency across entitiesImprove systems, processes, and scalability, reducing reliance on manual reportingAct as a trusted advisor to senior operational and executive leadershipCoach, develop, and lead a national finance team, building future capabilityLeverage shared services effectively to improve efficiency and performanceThe Successful ApplicantYou will be a commercially astute finance leader with experience in project based, contracting, or infrastructure environments.
